The Saint Paul Catholic Classical School community is built on shared goals and partnerships between parents, students, and faculty members. The strength of Saint Paul Catholic Classical School stems from our classical, liberal arts curriculum focusing on the true, good, and beautiful as a gift from God, our individual approach to teaching, and the healthy relationships that exist between administrators, faculty, students, parents, and the parish.
Enrollment at SPCCS is understood to be a commitment to your child's education and that a school home has been identified and committed to. Therefore, annual re-enrollment is automatic. Back-to-school packets will be sent to all current families in May and must be completed by May 20st. All FACTS accounts will be charged first month's tuition fee on February 5th or 20th, per your payment plan.
Please remember that the benefits and blessings of SPCCS are privileges reserved for students whose academic progress and behavior indicate a willingness to engage cooperatively in spiritual and academic growth and for whom the school has the most appropriate programs. Students may be denied enrollment at any time during the school year if, even through partnership, an effective pathway toward acceptable conduct or successful academics cannot be forged.
All students must complete the back-to-school/re-enrollment process online or may incur delays in their admission status.
Withdrawal Policy (Effective 2024-2025 school year)
Saint Paul Catholic Classical School has financial and contractual arrangements with faculty, staff, vendors, etc., which are made before the beginning of each school year.
In order for Saint Paul Catholic Classical School to fulfill its contractual obligations to faculty, staff, and others, per the tuition agreement, tuition is to be paid in full for the current year regardless of circumstance for withdrawing. Tuition and fees are not refunded for any reason including, but not limited to: job relocation, change in parents' decision for student to attend, etc. Upon withdrawal, there is also a $500 withdrawal fee per family.
Families not returning for the 2024-2025 school year, may choose to opt out throughout February 2024 with no penalty. Any decisions to withdraw after February will result in a $500 withdrawal fee as contractual obligations have already been made. If you do not wish to re-enroll, please contact Mrs. DeMakas directly.
Registration Packets will be Available February 2024 and Due by May 15
